I don't worry much about whether a program is going to be around a year or more down the road. We've seen older established programs fail too. I just keep close tabs on whether I'm getting paid and can pull links fairly quickly if necessary, before they're into me for 4 figures that I'll never see.
I'm more concerned about quality sites that convert, retain and don't fuck the customer with things like pre-checked cross sales. Being highly niche focused I deal with mostly independent CCBill programs, but a few larger programs that I can personally recommend would be Premium Cash, NS Cash and Medium Pimpin.
