Top 10 Programs Today?
OK - we've all established that I've been away for awhile, but just curious what the top 10 "reliable" programs are out there today. Not asking for your stats or what works best for you (because I do know that what works for one webmaster doesn't necessarily work for another), just wondering what folks would consider the most reliable/stable programs out there that will be there, oh say in 2011 and beyond.
Reading about all these small/mid-size organizations biting the dust, makes me curious who the Oprano crowd thinks will be in for the long haul... :yowsa: |
Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
It's been a LONG time since I dabbled in the traffic side of the biz but if I got back in I'd go with programs I absolutely KNOW I can trust 100% to get paid because they have always paid me in the past. Programs that are still around from years ago when I was sending traffic, programs I have a great relationship through my current business and programs run by old timers I trust.
Programs like Adult Paymaster, Adult Revenue Service, AEBN, Pussy Cash, Max Cash, Silver Cash, SIC Cash, FTV Cash, Top Bucks, IAmateurs Network, Lightspeed Cash, Eroticy and more... I'd also give some newer programs a shot like Puzcash. Either way it would be with people I've done good business with in the past and it would be very heavy on companies that have been around a long time... |

Adult Paymaster - Never made much money with these guys ARS - Made good money with them back in the day but shit went south after they abruptly closed AgeOath and left me with a shit load of links. Several years later at Cybernet Expo in Tampa they sponsored the bar and took the tickets and went to lunch offsite. I thought that was shitty thing to do to Faye and Jay. AEBN- Been very good to me. The site retains as you get paid on your customer for life and if they are surfing for porn its kind of hard to to come across them and your users logs back in and buys more time. You get paid. PussyCash- Good money when Ive pushed it MaxCash- I made a shit load of money off that Pam Anderson tape back in the day with these guys the program was pure gold. Theyve sucked since RB got popped by the Feds. Silvercash- Ive made very little money off these guys as well. I guess I dont know how to promote them. SIC Cash - Id never promote them FTV Cash- A solid producer when I was working with them and doing TGPs Top Bucks- Ive made good mone ywith these guys in the past but they seem to be another program that thinks the webmaster isnt important any longer and they did sell out Yappo to Xtube and left everyone haning without so much as a word. Lightspeed - Never made any money from them guess I dont know how to promote them as well. Eroticy- Promoted them back when Swappernet was independent of them. Havent done anything since the merge. Im more prone to promote a program thats smaller and independently owned and that doesnt have 50+ sites. |
Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
I don't worry much about whether a program is going to be around a year or more down the road. We've seen older established programs fail too. I just keep close tabs on whether I'm getting paid and can pull links fairly quickly if necessary, before they're into me for 4 figures that I'll never see.
I'm more concerned about quality sites that convert, retain and don't fuck the customer with things like pre-checked cross sales. Being highly niche focused I deal with mostly independent CCBill programs, but a few larger programs that I can personally recommend would be Premium Cash, NS Cash and Medium Pimpin. |

porncash extremegreeen iadvert in the last year, they have never been late paying anyone! ;) |
Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
I've always done at least twice as well with my traffic with the smaller programs than any of the large ones listed above. Truthfully, I've always been happy that all the "experts" out there disregard small programs and only promote the "Bro" programs (again, as listed above) as that keeps it all fresh for me and doesn't oversaturate. The niche programs are much better money makers than the large cookie-cutter programs that all look and feel the same. They really always have been.
Quite a few of the programs that The Enforcer listed just never did a thing for me, no matter where and how they were promoted. |

I scaled back, did some troubleshooting and listened to the smarter and wiser webmasters who focused on the value of formulas and numbers. When I did that and bought some traffic, got sales damn near immediately and rebills. I hit the smaller programs with ethically reliable support and send traffic. Now it's a fun matter of me just producing my content and promoting sites with much more traffic. Going through the various traffic options from TGPs to SEO. If the formulas pan out I'll have an additional $5k in passive cash alone in a short while. Always on the lookout for new traffic services and tutorials. Things lookin' good! Stay away from the oversaturated. |

I also don't buy into the whole "bro" concept. Never have. Currently, there are 3 main programs that I do quite well with. 2 of them are programs that most of you would SLAM all over if I mentioned them but hey, they perform great and are never late paying. |

We all have a different sense of ethics and core values. How you choose to conduct yourself is your choice and says volumes about who you are. Dont get me wrong as Im here to make money as well but some of the people I look up to for business ethics can be found on this list - starting with this guy . . . http://money.cnn.com/popups/2006/biz...ucceed/28.html |

Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
Wow - thanks for all the details and advice. I've always felt that it's good to work with a well-rounded balance of big vs. mid/smaller sized programs - so it's good to see that there's still a lot of faith in the smaller niche stuff.
I was a little under the weather today (dizzy, fever, aches, etc.) but am feeling lot better now - sorry I missed coming in here earlier today, but I really appreciate all the input. I must've missed the whole "bros" thing - must've happened during my "break" into mainstream. I guess I can see both sides of that having worked with some companies that I guess people would consider a "bros" kind of deal in the past. There's always been a bit of a divide in the 'net and I guess that's what I like - there's something for everyone and no one way to do it is the only right way to get it done. Thanks again for all the input everyone - glad to see I'm on-track with some things and need to re-focus my attention on others. :wnw: |
Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
I push a very narrow niche. In fact I bet none of you here push crossdressers and sissies. So the programs are often small, even just a solo person using ccbill.
I've done very well with these very small sponsors, and I use a good 40 or so. I don't mind a bit that very few know about them. Do some digging and find those gems that everyone overlooks. :okthumb: |

Me? I'm beyond mainstream in my personal knowledge/experience in life - I don't even DARE to attempt to do anything fetish/niche oriented. The closest I ever got was a grouping of sites I did on amateur content back before it was so saturated in the market due in large part to my husband's personal amateur interests - his tips helped me make the sales. I had no clue about the difference between REAL amateur and staged/commercialized amateur-type content - without his input I never would have gotten a single conversion. You gotta KNOW what you're doing and what you're selling IMO. :okthumb: |

Re: Top 10 Programs Today?
Just as Toby confirmed you have to know what your customers are "thinking". I promote babes, and porn stars, but I design my galleries and free sites as well as my portal sites with what turns me on and what I like to see if I were looking for certain babes.
