Who started the first TGP?

I remember when The Hun wasn't a TGP, he just listed backdoors in paysites. $600+ in bandwidth at my local ISP taught me about backdoors.

This was back in 1996 and yeah, bandwidth was horribly expensive compared to now. I had a co-lo (the only type available at the time) and paid $12.50 a gig of bandwidth until 2002 ... plus the monthly fee to maintain the server. It was only when they wanted $1,200 for a new server that I balked and looked around and found out bandwidth was a whole lot cheaper and there were alternatives like dedicated servers. Before that, control panels were unheard of and to add an email address I had to ask them to do it.
