come to think of it,I use craisins in a couple different recipes...
I love to wilt down fresh baby spinach in a little shallot oil, salt and pepper, then whisk together a dressing of craisins, basalmic vinegar, orange zest, a small squirt of lime juice and just a couple crushed red pepper flakes and drizzle the vinagrette over the warm spinach on a plate........in fact, I need to stop by the store and pick up some baby spinach tomorrow
