Always tell them to be there an hour before you need them. If that doesn't work, throw them in a time machine and age them about 20 years. That should mature them up a bit.

At least they show up. You can always use this strip club tactic. Tell them for every 15 minutes they are late, their pay goes down.

I've always dealt with pros and strippers, can handle either no problem.
Now i'm dealing with mostly undiscovered... with little or no modeling experience.
