I know, I had alot of things go on the last week or so. But today..I feel the stress taking its toll and I feel like I am about to flip.

Any suggestions on how and what you do to deal with it?

Having said that...

To relieve stress there is NOTHING like my 3 step plan:

#1 A nice long workout at the gym

#2 A long hot sauna

#3 A massage by a REAL massage therapist

That plan is followed religiously, in that order, once every fortnight.

ToyBoy becomes a new man each time.

I want to thank everyone for some of the suggestions.
Some of them were pretty good ideas and some of them made me laugh.
I needed a good laugh.

I guess, after last Fridays ordeal. I was pretty much in shock for a few days. But today, I felt the stress and panic take its toll on me.
This morning was pretty tough, as I fought through doing my work.

Even though, I have slept with my fincee many times. But, I haven't slept a whole lot lately. I think that had something to do with it also.

Thanks again for some of the suggestions.
Some of them did help me relax.

For now, I am going to try and get some sleep.

I have suffered from stress for many years, to the point it affected my health. Stress is no laughing matter, it can get ya over time.

I have found 6 other things that help:
1. lifestyle change
2. good friends with healthy attitudes
3. an affectionate pet who loves you no matter what
4. quit dealing with many of the jerks in this industry
5. letting go of things that you can do nothing about - quit trying to control everything
6. Live in the NOW - and move on - things have a way of taking care of themselves sometimes, if you let them.
