What is the best time of day to get in a workout? Is it before breakfast, to get the metabolism going good? Is it after dinner, to be sure that none of what you ate is going to bed with you? Anyone know?

If either/or ... If you want to gain muscle workout after breakfast. I think if you want to lose weight workout before breakfast. For something in between I think after breakfast is best.
BTW, gaining muscle is a great way to raise your body's calorie needs which means you can eat more food and not gain weight. You can really get precise with the timing; like consuming carbs and protein after working out to raise your insulin levels preparing your body to build muscle from the protein. Research "nutrient timing".
