I would not know where to start....

But one major issue is the thumbs in your gallery:

1. When you click on a thumb it is supposed to take you to a bigger version of the pic, or if you're nasty to a sponsor site, or somewhere....

Your pics are not linked to anything.

2. You have 2 copies of each thumb in the gallery, kind of laid on top of each other. Made me go crosseyed..

Other than that, it still needs a whole lot of work unless you're just gonna hang it out there for the SEs (Search Engines) to find.

My first suggestion would be to get away from the style sheets and absolute positioning stuff until you learn a little more about html and exactly what it is you are tryting to make.....

(of course, I could be totally wrong and you might want it to look like that, what do I know ?)

It's kinda like someone learning to drive a car....

They backed into another car, ran over the trash can, didn't stop at a single stop sign, blew thru 3 redlights including nearly clipping an old lady in the crosswalk, and then finally turned the wrong way down a one way street and collided with a garbage truck.

I truly hope you have thick skin and don't take bluntly honest critisism and advice personally, because that is Exactly what you're going to get here. We don't pull punches, we don't care about your feelings, we frankly don't give 2 shits about you ...
Having said that, I don't think I'm talking out of turn by saying that we'd rather you Learn and do it right instead of cluttering the interweb with crap sites that won't sell squat.

Your "warning page" is a cluster and a horny surfer will never scroll down in their 800x600 browser window to even see your "Enter" button, much less click it.

GIF banners are NOT your friend and in the gallery/freesite world you have only 7 to 15 seconds to grab a surfer's attention to click on a link that *might* make you a sale. Your GIF thingies take longer than that to display.

OK, now I just clicked a different "Entertainment Cash" link and it took me to a completely different sponsor tour and signup thingy.

Sorry, but it just looks to me like you got this grand idea that you could build a web page with FrontPage or DreamWeaver and make big bucks. It doesn't work that way, friend. You need to learn this business FIRST. This is not a lemonade stand on the corner where people will pay you $5/cup because it's "Trump Lemonade".

Are you serious about getting into business? If your answer is Yes and you really mean it then post back on this thread. There are many several resources, including this one, where you can learn the basic ropes and get your feet on solid ground. Right now you are merely treading in quicksand.
