Besides, a lawsuit can be filed by anyone and for any reason in CA. Everyone knows that. IMO, more laws get passed in CA by the courts than by the legislature...

BTW, did you know that the reason the Dems hated Nixon so much was because Nixon nailed Alger Hiss?

Are you thast dense as to say that putting out information that she's a convicted felon when that is patently false isn't true? It's already been proven that the information they gave out was FALSE and that she wasn't a felon. How hard is that for you to comprehend? Either she is a felon or she isn't and records prove she wasn't.

TE, you are forgetting the rules of the world according to Torone.

1) Truth is no obstacle to an attack on anyone not a Republican.

2) Truth is irrelevant if the person being attacked is a Republican.

And I'm not going to get into an arguement with you about why the Democrats hated Nixon - except to say that the sad, pathetic allegations of com-symp do not play nearly as well as a Bennie Goodman cut or an Amos and Andy radio rerun - all of which stem from the same era.

BUT - she had the exact same name. How possible is it that Arnold's team didn't know that it was a different person?

If they didn't, and they found out later, they should have put out an apology.
If they did know right off the bat, then they deserve to be sued for slander.
