October 20th, 2003

SinHost, a division of the SinEmpire group, announces the acquisition of LightningFree.com and GirlsHost.com.

SinHost, the leader in affordable, reliable adult web hosting, is once again expanding to benefit its existing customer base as well as the affiliates advertising its sister company, SinBucks. SinHost’s acquisition of the LightningFree assets assures current users the same high performance and excellent customer service they have come to expect from LightningFree, one of the oldest and most respected adult freehosts.

SinHost is looking forward to not only growing the current services but also expects to expand the list of pre-approved TGPs that will accept traffic submitted by the service’s clients. Through patience and persistence, SinHost aims to grow the property into the most popular and trusted adult freehosting service on the web.

SinHost, along with other SinEmpire properties such as SinBucks and SinTalk, has a history of integrity and innovation among the adult webmaster community and is fully committed to supporting and expanding the additional products and services it will now offer to the industry.

Brad Mitchell, CEO, expressed his respect and admiration for the adult community as well as his continued desire to be not just one of the leading companies in the market, but to truly be able to offer a product line that spans the entire space and creates a seamless and useful group of services which can be used by everyone in the adult community.

I know I'm always walking a fine line with leveraging different businesses... but that's what got me here so hopefully my decision making process has gotten more refined over time. Cause, I tell ya, I made some real newB mistakes the first couple years in business and threw away all kinds of money. LOL
