Yea, and that's exactly my point.
Why wouldn't it be the American Flag, "commonly understood to mean UK/America?"
As a French person, you of all people should know better.
While I don't have anything against our British Brethren, we Don't share a flag, and apparently, you missed the part where we explained that to the rest of the world. Repeatedly.
And We, "Americans," who built the internet, while the rest of the world sat on their thumbs, have a little closer relationship with it. Yes, it is a world wide network.......NOW. But never forget, it started here, and but for ARPA/DARPA, there might never have been an internet. (Or PCs, Macs, etc, the things that you use to access the internet.)
Your response is dismissive, disrespectful, and offends me as an American.
And since you are attempting to market to Americans, I am giving you the courtesy of telling you why I'm not interested in your product.
I wonder, how many will have the same opinion as me, and simply not tell you?
We/you may never know.
