Because you always have so much constructive criticism and wisdom to contribute to a conversation I had to take to heart your comments in my recent threads about 2mooch. Initially they stung badly coming from you who I have always considered my reluctant mentor of sorts.

So, I looked back at some past posts, I looked at the current posts in an attempt to understand and to put some context to the enlightenment that you have been trying to pass on to me.

I think I finally see it oh great master.

It was not ok for people to rip off newbies in the old days.

But here we are in the new internet, web 2.0, where it is perfectly acceptable for people to rip off newbies because the new measurement of whether something is ok to do or not is whether it makes you more money.

So, it doesn’t matter if 2Mooch targeted newbies. It doesn’t matter if 2mooch showed a pattern of selling one thing to newbies but delivering another. It doesn’t matter if they consistently place all blame for newbies failure with thier program upon the newbie and never accept any responsibility for the situation themselves. After all, they made money and that is the measurement of success, isn’t it.

So, thank you oh Rhetorical almighty. I am taking your great wisdom to heart. I will not fail you oh mighty oracle.

I'm thinking that toolbar downloads would be a good place for me to start on my new path. Whatdaya think?

Like I said, I used to respect your posts and actually thought they had value. But now I kinda shake my head and wonder why. I think it is the wisdom of age. The ONLY reason I see what you post half the time is because of vbulletin and their damn email subscriptions, which oprano did what MP does and pulls that part from the email, then I wouldn't ever have to worry about you again

My financial question was not for myself, I have never had any credit cards, never plan to, I deal in 100% cash, if I don't have it, I don't spend it. My question was because someone close to me is in trouble, and I was curious as to what his options would be, since I have never, and will never, have to deal something like that

I NEVER EVER said I owned a cottage on the seashore, where in the FUCK did you get that? I said we are moving to Wilmington NC soon to live in the beach, but I would not be buying a place there, we move WAY too much to settle down anywhere

And just to clear things up for a sec, yes, I deal with a LOT of blogs, why do you find that so offensive? You bring it up like it is a bad thing, it just so happens to be my specialty, and frankly I am damn proud of it. Right now I am working with 10 different companies at once, all paying me to tell them what to do, on top of that I have 5 more companies paying me to set up an internal traffic network for them.

and just to be clear on 1 more thing, this is JUST the blog business I have going right now, I also own 3 other businesses with my partner that are pretty damn successful.

EVERY single business I run, aside from the blogs, WILL be bought out within 5 years, there is no question about it. Hell, you probably use one of the business I am co-owner in, LOL, but yet, I am sure you will find something to try and bait me with again, and again, one day, i will get baited and respond to ya, cause it is painfully obvious how much you hate it when I don't.
