Food home delivery in USA

Strange request i know but I need some info from American residents to plan a promotion ....

I'm looking for companies that do home food delivery on a mass scale in the USA, who offer online food ordering that can be paid by credit card.

For example ....

domino's is perfect ... reasonably priced, I can order online in enough locations to make it viable ...

are there other places that you use regularly where you can order online and have it delivered within the hour, that's the type of food that most people like?

I need places that have a store in every city and who can deliver to most locations in the usa ...

Are there any companies nationally that do delivery that go and pick up from restaurants that don't offer delivery? not sure what that would be called, we have some in australia that do it per region ... but I really need a national company that services all locations from a central point.

any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ;-)

There are independent franchises like TakeOut Taxi, etc. I don't know that there is anything national.

As far as pizza chains, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesers, Papa Johns.

An early .bomb company that tried something similar was Kozmo. They had distribution centers, wanted to take orders and deliver whatever you needed, wherever you were -- within an hour. They did cover NYC pretty well and hired couriers to supplement their own delivery teams. They opened in Atlanta, DC, Chicago (I think) and later folded.

Papa Johns and Pizza Hut both have better online coverage than Dominos.

I really miss the original food.com. They were hooked up with "take out taxi" in most metropolitain areas and had menus for dozens of restaurants in most zipcodes. You order off the menu, they call it in and send a take out taxi guy by to pick it up and fetch it to your door.

Man, do I miss them.

Take Out Taxi is available in most big towns, but as far as I know they do not have a central nationwide website. And in fact few of the local stores are online. You'd have to work with them via phone and fax.
