That line that says Oprano General Guidelines covers it for the most part. Nick and I agreed that we should relax signature rules somewhat and have been asking for recip links especially on programs that have other resources listed.

We wondered when someone would cross the line and have us reevaluate the entire issue.

and just fyi...i wasn't posting this to be a sig whore as per your rule #2, i actually saw no where on the site that states what the sig rules are...so I thought I would be funny about asking
