Actually I feel similar from time to time when meeting many challenging situations in succession
Maybe do something that is rewarding in a small fashion and build on that Play with one of the kids or grandkids (if you have any, sorry I don't remember) putting a smile on a young family members face can do a world of good at least it's better than a sharp stick in the eye Which is preferable to a glass rod inserted in your penis and smashed
