good venue for shows and such, lots fo good restaurants right around there. centerpiece for downtown.

The aquarium in newport, KY is also pretty cool. the whole Newport on the Levee scene is pretty fun. Kentucky spent a lot of time and money building a waterfront district right across the river from cincy. theres even a walking bridge over the ohio river. There is also the Freedom Museum, which is the underground railroad museum in between the Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is right there too.

There is always outdoor stuff to do in the city after business hours. People in the midwest are all too happy to have a place to drink in public, you will often find groups of people drinking about 10 feet in front of a cop. Open container is pretty heaily enforced, so they relish the time
