this definition is what has saved many *porn* companies from being prosecuted for obscenity - and has caused many to be prosecuted for not meeting it.

so while the intention is to make straight women and gay men horny, adding some articles and following community censorship standards means this isn't defined as porn.

you and I can argue our opinions all day long, but the only definition that matters is the official one.

I would never argue a legal definition. In fact, who else but a pornographer or lawyer would even care or know. Hell apparently in the United States, a blow job is not sex. But marketing a mag called Purve, is still in the same line of work. Same traffic (I know Nick will argue that traffic is just traffic, but I disagree). Not a big leap into "mainstream" is all I am saying. Its not like all of a sudden selling...say George Forman Grills.
I know sex sells everything, but that is not the discussion.

everything you just said is the reason why this makes so much sense ... and no, it isn't anywhere near the same line of work. and no, it isn't a big leap into mainstream ... again, that's the whole point.

Why would someone with over 6 years of content for women start selling george foreman grills? How would that be a smart crossover?



Why does changing direction have to be a big leap? That just seems like a waste of resources to me ...
