Kath, I agree, B rating = quality Mexican food ;-) yeah, some places here call them carnitas as well...basically the same thing except the red onions, carnitas usually don't have ponions or they use a small amount of white onions The Pink Taco in the Hard Rock calls them pick tacos and they pickle the onions....
