After scrolling past the 10 feet of dead air :P they sure do have the cream of the crop listed there. Odd how several are listed a couple of times.

And I wonder who "Sprayberry" is and what THAT case is all about.

Edit - never mind - I see now that's a different "Acacia". Maybe OUR Acacia should spend their time suing THEM.

Peaches the first two results aren't from "our" Acacia - it's a different company with "acacia" in the name.
The rest of the results are from "our" Acacia, though.

If you go to the site and do the search, you can click on the Docket link and read all of the proceedings for that case.

For a particular docket...scroll down to the last entry of the docket page.. this will give you some clue as to the state of the legal action.. whether they settled or still fighting.

There, I was able to kill *most* of the dead space and make the docket links open right up to the docket on the findlaw site. Best I can do fighting with the board software, sorry.

Not everyone who settled will be listed here, simply because they didn't go to court. Many of the people/companies settling now are doing so without any court proceedings having to take place.
