Don't know what the cause of action would be since I have never done anything to warrant a lawsuit. I discovered Gary before I got into porn. I heard about his battle for his domain name, and I contacted him and wished him well.

To this day, I don't know whether Gary knows that confucy is Kimberly. When we spoke to each other, I was just Kim. When I kept running into KimmyKim, I realized that I couldn't use my name. It reminds me of the Screen Actors Guild. You cannot use your real name if it is being used by another actor.

Now i know how Nick must feel. He chose a company name that starts with "W" so he is always at the bottom of the Spamhaus list which is alphabetical. hard to be notorious when you are at the bottom of the list
