CJ, I am a whore. The business changed, I changed and adapted. I also spoke out against cross sells. The model for sucess has changed, and continues to do so.
Actually there are responsible ways to mail. I am not going to go into it, or educate. But needless to say, I was quite conservative, and you will not see Microsoft or AOL coming after me. No spoofing, no games, etc.
