SCHUMER TO INTRODUCE NEW ANTI-SPAM BILL
New York Senator Charles Schumer has announced plans to introduce new anti-spam legislation that would create a no-spam list similar to do-not-call lists. The legislation would also require ADV subject lines and establish $5000 fines for failing to abide by the new requirements. http://www.nypost.com/news/regionalnews/74419.htm
