JCB, Hyundai, Samsung for Asian traffic.
Eurodebit for Euro traffic. Interact for Canadian traffic if you can find someone who takes it. Epassporte

Eurodebit closed their business last year... however their solution was not good for all European traffic - only Germany IMO (many of the countries they supported needed the surfers to know their banks swift codes etc. + the signup pages were very badly translated).
