Dolphins that are trained to find mines are being used in Persian Gulf. I'm sure we'll hear from PETA soon.

Yeah this is cool. I saw a special awhile ago on cable about this. The Russians had a bunch, but now they put into retirement and are in their versions of "Sea world" When the USSR fell apart, the dolphins were not being fed or taken care of, so some private people helped them out.
