Do what jdog said, make your sig clickable. Then get involved in some conversation on the boards. If you are hell bent on finding affiliates, find sites that you think fit your content, THEN WRITE THE WEBMASTER AN EMAIL DIRECTLY to ask them to promote your program. This has worked best for me on my one little program.
