My people did struggle for hundreds and hundreds of years and we were enslaved, and we do have an identity. A very strong one. A very successful one. A country of some of the greatest inventions of all time. So I don't quite think that argument flies. Its not the monkey thing that I was discussing, its the arrogance of denoting a race as African American. I could care less about the monkey thing.
