Dunkin Donuts are okay. I always say I never met a donut I didn't like, but Krispy Kreme's are decadent rings of goodness and although I avoid them as much as possible so I don't end up being an FFN, they tempt me far more than DD's.

As for grease.... well, that's what makes a donut good. Some of the best donuts I've ever eaten are the beignets at Cafe Dumond in New Orleans with a nice cup of their chicory coffee. Talk about yummy.

Chicory is a kind of plant that is made into something that resembles coffee. It became popular when coffee got too expensive. Most people don't like straight chicory but at Cafe Dumond they combine chicory with coffee, milk and sugar to create an amazingly delicious cup of coffee and one that goes perfectly with some nice beignets.

A mojito is a drink made with rum, lime, mint leaves and simple syrup and usually a little sprite or club soda for a little fiz. Hard to beat on a hot day.
