Dumping anyone at a bus station when you know they don't have any money or without verifying that they do have any money is just plain wrong, and I don't care who it is. What if she had left the bus station and started thumbing, got picked up in the boonies, raped and murdered? I'm pretty sure at that point you would have some serious legal issues, if not moral ones.
