I have moved out of Florida twice and would not move down there unless the money was good enough. The only 2 good things I personally enjoyed while in Florida was my former employer and the Tampa Bay Lightning (which i now watch on NHL center ice)

Yeah I hate Florida too but I was born and raised there. The yankees love it and all that heat. Still, you can't deny the investment value there. I have done very well with Florida real estate.

God love ya Dianna, if i could afford to 'invest' in Florida land... i'd be living there and liking Florida. But to the financially challenged, like me, Florida is just one big hot money sucking machine! LOL
