Hey there! I'm up every morning at 5:30AM. Gotta feed the critters and I hate rushing in the morning. I like to make my cappuccino, watch the news a little, check email, and have breakfast.

I started eating a big breakfast in the morning. Lately I’ve been on this oatmeal kick. I add all kinds of nuts (trial mix) and then high grade maple syrup. Then some kind of fruit juice. It’s really good. The key to health and staying fit is eating a big breakfast and adding protein. If you do just this one thing you’ll see a difference.

Now I’m going to go take my rottie for a walk. He’s watching cartoons. He will sit in front of the TV for hours.

Yes I did and fixed it. Thanks.

So you wanna buy florida land? I have some by Tampa, actually Port Charlotte area east of 75.

The land where the orange groves are will be worth a fortune one day soon. They stil harvest oranges of of it.

:clapping: I have moved out of Florida twice and would not move down there unless the money was good enough. The only 2 good things I personally enjoyed while in Florida was my former employer and the Tampa Bay Lightning (which i now watch on NHL center ice)

Yeah I hate Florida too but I was born and raised there. The yankees love it and all that heat. Still, you can't deny the investment value there. I have done very well with Florida real estate.

God love ya Dianna, if i could afford to 'invest' in Florida land... i'd be living there and liking Florida. But to the financially challenged, like me, Florida is just one big hot money sucking machine! LOL

I like parts of florida, I like the boca area, and the Ft myers area, but I am not a fan of the humidity, I like the dry heat better . and less thunderstorms and hurricanes.

If I had a condo or house I could throw the shutters down and just take off when hurricanes came around, that would be fine but I don't. For two FUCKING years I went through hell trying to protect my trees (my fruit tree business) and all my animals (pigs, hens, goats, dogs, cats, bunnies, horses). The stress was unreal. I vowed I'd never do it again and I won't...

still, there is no place like Florida in the winter and for 3-5 months it's great. In fact I'll be going there two weeks in feb and I'll love it but when May rolls around you won't get my ass back down there. Hell no.

Of course then I go back in April again to see my kinky russian & his sexy partner in crime. ;)
