Alot can be said for a good masseuse You can probably get an hour somewhere cheap too. Like $40-$60 or so. I recommend either deep tissue, swedish or the hot stones. Drink lots of water after though or your muscles will feel like they have concrete in them.

I get an hour every couple of weeks delivered to my living room for $25. I'm lucky that someone who is like a brother to me is a certified masseuse. But that doesn't fully take care of it. Maybe if I could have one every day it would.

I'm actually considering going to Arizona to be certified in LaStone treatments. I think it would be a nice balance for me personally, with what I do now.
