In a never ending quest
 

to ease some of the muscular attention addressed in another post (which admittedly does not hold a candle to Anthony's fried balls) I bought a massager thingy this weekend.

Not the multi-purpose kind, I have several of those.

Being as I am just a plankton in a sea of porn, a vibrating lazy boy is out of the question. However, I found one of those homedic back massagers at Walmart this weekend, and made the lazy boy I already have vibrate.

I still am going to try one of those things Almighty Jim talked about. This isn't a perfect solution, but I didn't expect one for $40. However, it does a nice job for the price. The only drawback is that it really is for shoulders and back, where I really need my neck beat on. It does give some relief though, and for that, I am thrilled.

Alot can be said for a good masseuse :) You can probably get an hour somewhere cheap too. Like $40-$60 or so. I recommend either deep tissue, swedish or the hot stones. Drink lots of water after though or your muscles will feel like they have concrete in them.

I get an hour every couple of weeks delivered to my living room for $25. I'm lucky that someone who is like a brother to me is a certified masseuse. But that doesn't fully take care of it. Maybe if I could have one every day it would. :)

I'm actually considering going to Arizona to be certified in LaStone treatments. I think it would be a nice balance for me personally, with what I do now.

I have one very similiar to those, but I think the battery operated just isn't strong enough for my problem. It is better than nothing though, that is for sure.

my quasi girlfriend gets awsome massages for free! I'm jealous....and giving em to her give ME lower back pain! too bad she sucks so bad at massaging (steve's ticklish), i'm looking into getting another chairback massager myself, but none of em i've gotten before did shit. my muscles need to be worked hard. once in awhile ill treat myself to a swedish and it is always worth it. what massager did you get that you liked?

I saw one that really looked good for $350, but then I noticed it had been discontinued. It was probably the one that really worked.
