i think the crew from Kids in the Hall were definately ahead of their time. i think they are from Montreal? That was some pretty bizarre shit... very funny but funny in a "what the fuck was that all about" kind of way.

The Montey Python Crew was also breaking new ground as well. I was watching them the other day actually. is was The Flying Circus skit where the mafia guys are trying to extort money from the army "well uh,,, you got a lot of lot of nice tanks and stuff around here ya know, be a shame if some of em' got broken"

Hard to believe when i watch some of the Flying Circus stuff and laugh my ass off... that it was made before i was even born.
