In the Internet World - Jen was AVN. Most know I have had my ups and downs with AVN since 1995. But, Jen was usually there finding a way to keep things civilized between us. I do not have one bad thing to say about Jen. I think AVN should have found a way to neogiate the contract instead of firing her. They are not on that good a ground or popular with the Internet world (who are not part of their video world) They may come to find the firing was a mistake?

How good a relationship would you have with an organization who just fired YOUR wife who has 9 years of service & a contract? Would you want to do anything, in any way of cooperation with them?

Sometimes people neogiate good contracts, are just TOO successful, and become too expensive?
