Do what you got to do. You want to take it as a threat, then do so.
You shouldn't lose any sleep and you should have a clear conscious if you think you are in the right. So what are you worried about if someone has your home address.
You should be familiar with being served as I am sure you have been served many times in the past as I am sure you will be in the future as long as you continue on with your current practices.
It is always good to have as much info on a person or person's if you think you are about to get screwed. So see now that I can sue you, I can have you served at your business address or home. See how that works?
