Is it that CCBill designed their affiliate software so sponsors could chose to not show rebills all the while the consumer was still being rebilled? ....and only now has opened that up for affiliates to view? Why would they create that utility in the first place? Are there actually rev share programs that disclose in their terms that affiliates will only get paid for "x" number of rebills?
