If LikeWhoa is reading this, then I would suggest to do some public damage control... The best thing you can do, when major problems start is to have someone explain EVERYTHING which is going on - even if there are "no news", then that is still news to your clients.
Ex. Epoch did very well, when they were hit with problems, and Rand started his daily e-mail to all clients. Made the clients more calm, that someone at the company still was working at solving the problem. Epoch did one of the best comebacks ever in the industry :-)
Right now the silence from LikeWhoa is getting VERY loud, and the notarized authorized letter to switch hosts are probably in the making at alot of companies/webmasters, who are worried about their business staying online.
