Yeah, you get all the snow birds from Quebec in Florida.
But I think the nationality has very little to do with old people driving like they're already dead!  And be happy, younger drivers in Quebec dont bother with turns signals at all. ...and they sure do think its more important to keep talking on their cell than checking a dead angle...
