My REITS have collapsed the past 2 days based on the anticipation of higher rates. Down 15% in last 2 days, so I sold them all today. I still made 42% in a little over a year.
So now I have some cash I am sitting on, I do not have much faith in the market with the Presidential elections coming up, so I was gonig to sit on it until after November. Anyone have any suggestions of what to do with it??
