Mike AI 04-06-2004 03:17 PM

My REITS have collapsed the past 2 days based on the anticipation of higher rates. Down 15% in last 2 days, so I sold them all today. I still made 42% in a little over a year.

So now I have some cash I am sitting on, I do not have much faith in the market with the Presidential elections coming up, so I was gonig to sit on it until after November.

Anyone have any suggestions of what to do with it??

Peaches, this is something InterCosmos has been doing. The return is pretty good, but there are headaches. I don't have the time to manage them, and do not want to compete with my own business.

It is a good racket though.
