Gigi, I started Atkins a week ago. I lost 5 pounds, but they were the 5 pounds I put on the 3 days before I started when I ate a few biscuits, some burgers and some sweets in preparation
Plus I'm PMSing right now and I'm in a foul mood. <_<
I know I'll not be able to STAY on Atkins because it's just too strict. My plan was to do Atkins for a month, then head over to The Zone. But The Zone confuses me with all it's little blocks and big blocks.
Then I ran across the South Beach Diet. I've been reading up on my Lo-carb message board (yes - they're there - about a million of them, lol!) and people really seem to like it. It's much less restrictive and it's something that you can do forever whereas Atkins, to me....not so much. They have a website, natch,
