the "Hoffa" way is no doubt the best... Find a large construction site with freshly a poured concrete slab... 24 inches or thicker is best... just be sure you poke holes in your trashbags first so the don't bubble to the top...

Yeah, Hoffa is rumored to be in Giants Stadium in NY. Part of the concrete pour when they built the stadium.
