Then this idea strikes me... we ARE or have been a bunch of FFN's why not compile a list of all us fat fuckers dieting tips organize them in some sort useable fashion for other fat fuckers to take advantage of. I have a domain title fatboyfight.com where I was going to basically do the same thing only keep a daily log and share my experiences as I morphed in one seriously gorgeous stud.
