So I start a thread about water and...

Then this idea strikes me... we ARE or have been a bunch of FFN's why not compile a list of all us fat fuckers dieting tips organize them in some sort useable fashion for other fat fuckers to take advantage of. I have a domain title fatboyfight.com where I was going to basically do the same thing only keep a daily log and share my experiences as I morphed in one seriously gorgeous stud. I just stopped because I would not have been able to maintain it.

What I am currently using is the StaxSystem (http://www.staxsystem.com) but I look at it not so much as a diet, but retraining my mind and body to eat more reasonably instead of over eating and choosing the wrong foods when I got a hankering fur sumptin BAD

and water..... lots and LOT of WATER!
