it is amazing that it is 2006 and there are grown people stupid enough to engage in this kind of activity... I mean honestly I have never heard of this band but one would assume they would have employed a manager at some point. Someone who could say "listen guys... what you're doing... it's fucking stupid and illegal... STOP IT NOW!"

Rock band Buckcherry, Warner Music Group and Atlantic Recording will answer a civil complaint from the mother of a 16-year-old girl alleging that the musicians recruited the minor to film pornographic sex acts that the label later exploited for promotional purposes, reaping “huge profits,” the plaintiff said.
