You mention "licensing." Just playing devil's advocate..and know this is why it's not going down in Vegas because licensing would be a big issue...but did he really get sanctioned by the state to hold a boxing event in Arizona?
Is it even something that is required? I don't know the laws and won't pretend to...just wondering out loud is all.
