Paycom Billing Two Weeks In Advance!

Wow!

In the process of cancelling my VISA members, Paycom apparently thought it was a good idea to charge all VISA members who had a rebill coming up Nov 15th-Nov30th on the 14th already!

I have members who signed up and paid Oct 30th, and have already been rebilled for another month yesterday! That is two weeks early!

I'm sure members who were intending to cancel in those two weeks will love me now. And the rest will be confused about my questionable billing practises (and I can't blame them).

In addition Paycom incorrectly calculated the removal dates for members who were last charged Nov1 - Nov 13th and gives them two months access for the price of 1!

And finally, I had to ask them THREE times before they told me how they were going to handle the cancellations, and they did NOT tell me it was going to be done done like this.
