we'll need a group because the neighborhood is a bit rough...but maybe we can have some entertainment mixed in with the dining and there will be a gang shooting while we're stuffing tacos in our mouths...

yeah, some places here call them carnitas as well...basically the same thing except the red onions, carnitas usually don't have ponions or they use a small amount of white onions
The Pink Taco in the Hard Rock calls them pick tacos and they pickle the onions....
