Obviously it costs too much to clone an animal now, but when it gets cheaper. Would you eat clone cow burger? |
Probably not.
|
i dont think id want to either.
if you think of it, its simply too much involved in cloning animals for meat. Let the cows fuck and make more cows, seems easier. Plus the burgers are just as juicy. and its cheaper. Fuck paying 19 bucks a burger. :stout: |
If its tasty, I will eat it....
|
I probably would.
|
I bet lab grown chicken is tasty too.
|
yeah but you guys eat anything.
i guess if it was the same why the fuck not. :stout: |
I'd probably eat you if i was hungry enough. :grrr:

LOL As long as I don't have to eat you. :) Hmm.... nm. Fletch is here. ;) |
I have a theory that DNA deteriorates with age. Remember Dolly? I would NOT eat it. :barfon:
|
Slap some cheese and some bacon from a cloned pig on it, and I'll eat two.
|
Probably not. It's just too... weird.
Then again I'm the person who had a fresh turkey once for thanksgiving (I was working in a big natural foods grocery store so it was easy to come by) and have never gone back to frozen. The difference is amazing. Pain in the ass to find a non-frozen turkey for Thanksgiving, lemme tell ya. It's like a yearly challenge. |

i'll try anything once.

If it was tasty enough to justify a higher price tag than regular beef, I would eat it again. |

Reading stuff like this makes me real glad I'm a vegetarian.

Is it pricier than regular beef? |
I'm wondering how anyone would know.. unless you were told...
|
If it goes 'moo' and tastes like beef then why the hell not... :)
|
i cant wait until we can bring back animals like in jurassic park and then cook them and eat them.
i would eat brontasaurus burgers and pterodactyl eggs, shiiiit. |

:okthumb: |
fuck...why not?
Anyone who eats at KFC is already chowing down on "altered" animals as it is. The only good reason for cloning moocows would be to alter them to increase the meat output, only reason I can think if anyway. |
No way! Meat is murder you sick bastards!
|
Probably not ... but then, I don't trust any of the sugar alternatives either.

Even better would be cloned body parts.
Like a really good t-bone steak. Home cloning kits on that level would rule. And the hardcore veggie people wouldn't have much to say since you wouldn't have to slaughter any more animals. :nyanya: |

I don't know about making it fall off - lmao - but was going to say the same thing... Splenda is good stuff. :okthumb: |

Let's just say you'll never again ask, "Where's the beef?" :biglaugh: Last edited by Torone at Nov 5 2003, 09:10 PM |
If I was hungry I'd eat a cloned cow burger and if I was really starving you wouldn't even have to cook the mother fucker!!!!
I'd worry about growing a second person on the side of my neck latter. The Donner party would have eaten cloned people if they had had them back then. :zoinks: |
Worst part of being a dairy cow is having your tits played with twice
a day but only getting laid once a year... Beef I have in freezer is from Dad's herd (and the venison from his woods... mmmm bambi) so don't have opinion on cloning issue... Fresh tenderloin and hot peppers anyone? |

Animal food products is some pretty scary shit. Trust me…I didn’t become a vegetarian for no reason. I still eat fish that is line caught or trapped crab, netted shrimp but no damn way I’m supporting an industry that does what it does. People choose to remain unconscious to the facts and pretend its ok. If you knew the facts you wouldn’t.
So based on that and that there still is so much commercial meat consumption I don’t think people would care enough if it was cloned or not. I wouldn’t eat something I didn’t ethically hunt or kill. I don’t hunt everyday so it just became easier to be doing without meat. Mirco farms are becoming very popular across the US. Small farms that cater to select and conscious customers who have the money to spend. |
