It's OFFICIALLY Official!!
Today I received my "Certificate of Registration" from the United States Patent and Trademark Office...
FOOTMAN is officially my trademark! I've been at this for over a year...

We've trademarked a lot of stuff, and it always takes a while. I just checked the "Carol Cox" trademark, and here is the break down
Filing Date: May 26, 2000 Published for Opposition: October 30, 2001 Registration Date: January 22, 2002 So that one took 19 months from filing until we got registered, and there wasn't an issue with it. When we did "Wild Rose", there was one issue we had to clarify, and it ended up taking just over 2 years to get it registered. |
